What is the True Health Lifestyle?

Is there a decision to make at the end?

What if I've never run a business?
Level 01 is literally built for that. It starts with the mindset, not the mechanics. You don't need experience, just an hour or two and honest curiosity.

What comes after Track 01?
If you choose to step in after Level 04, you unlock Tracks 02–07: Business Launch, Product Mastery, Conversion Mastery, Growth Mastery, Paid Ads Automation, and Leadership & Duplication. Each is taught by various industry leaders, and the training keeps going as long as you do.
How much time do I need?
Most lessons are 6–10 minutes. About 2 hours total across Track 01. Watch one a night, binge a level on a Sunday, it's entirely at your pace.
What happens after I sign up?
